Yorkshire, the birthplace of industrial textile manufacturing, has long been the home to luxury fabrics cherished worldwide. The echoes of our historic mill towns tell the story of a legacy that transcends borders. At Joshua Ellis, we honour and preserve this rich heritage, weaving the essence of our county into every exquisite creation.

At the heart of Joshua Ellis lies a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. Our skilled craftsmen, driven by passion, and our designers, refined in expertise, come together to craft fabrics that embody both heritage and excellence.

Autumn Winter 2027/28

Joshua Ellis presents a collection for Autumn Winter 2027/28 that balances classic British clothmaking with a distinctly contemporary colour and texture language. Cashmere remains at the heart of the story, expressed through both familiar heritage designs and refreshed seasonal interpretations.

Green continues to anchor the palette, shifting between deep melanges, Loden tones, and lighter aloe shades, while rich wine colours introduce depth and winter warmth. These are supported by a foundation of camel, toffee, and natural tones that run throughout jacketings and coatings.

Seasonal accents bring contrast and vibrancy, with vivid blues, ochres, rusts, dark violets, and touches of magenta layered into checks, plaids, and overchecks. These colour combinations bring energy without disrupting the brand’s refined balance.

Soft brushed finishes enhance the tactile quality of the cloth, reinforcing comfort and warmth. The result is a collection that feels timeless yet current—deeply rooted in tradition, but confidently expressive in its modern colour direction.
